Beauty in the Abandoned

Exploring the unknown and documenting it is something that has always been a part of my life. Taking photographs is the biggest form of expression for me. It shows emotions that cannot be spoken. I see myself within my art and in every photograph I capture. Getting inspired by the little things in life and by the unknown aspects of living day to day is so important to me. By working with others and giving what I can to the world, I hope to influence people to do good.

Abandoned buildings are what first got me into photography and are what helped me become the artist I am today. Showing how amazing and architecturally beautiful these buildings are and how they are going to waste is something I always strive to prove. I wanted to create a set of images that really showed a complete other side to these buildings. Combining my love of Portrait Photography and Abandoned Photography, I created this set titled “Beauty in the Abandoned”.
