EMILIO FERRARA

Architecture and Real Estate photos can be so much more than just a picture of a building.  Building are walls and roofs, and if you’re lucky some furniture and appliances.  The possibilities for a building are much more intriguing than the definition of a building.  The art of my photography is to bring out the aspects of lust, comfort, and wonder that there is to be found in every individual home.  Through hours of practice and precision, my goal as an architectural photographer is to create lively images that inspire emotions out of previously inanimate objects.

Inside you’ll find a journey of carefully selected images, specifically organized to best catch the eye of someone interested in purchasing some form of architectural photography. Flowing from tasteful pairs of images highlighting the best exterior and interior angles of a variety of homes to specialty photos of intriguing aerial views and eye-cuddling twilight photos, the attention of a potential buyer is sure to be entertained.

There are dozens of reasons why someone could benefit from professional photos of a piece of architecture: Listing a house for sale, marketing a home on AirBnB, preparing a commercial ad for social media or printing, for personal memories of a home, and many others. I have honed in on the art of architectural photography through the photographing and editing of 300+ homes. Compiled in this portfolio is a body of work which exemplifies the consistent and seasoned quality of my work, showcasing exterior, interior, and even aerial photos of consumer homes and commercial assets from $100,000 to over $1,000,000.
