My passion is in capturing the beauty that lies in every extraordinary individual and the experiences they hold. It is so easy to let our lives rush past us and forget to soak in the love and excitement we encounter. I believe in using photography as a way to refocus on the most valuable things in life. With each click of my shutter, I aim to freeze precious moments of love and laughter, so every photograph can serve as a timeless reminder of the joy and warmth we encounter in life.
For my project, I focused on capturing the intimate love between married and engaged couples. I believe there is something so profoundly beautiful in choosing to share your whole life with another — to seek and devote to each other through every high and low. With my photos, I sought to encapsulate raw emotions and the genuine connection between each couple. I looked for the giggles, the sneaky kisses in between prompts, the fleeting glances of affection, the emotion. I strived not just to create aesthetic images, but to preserve moments of deep love and friendship to remind us of the beauty in human connections.
