Everyone always says that a dog is a man’s best friend. I totally agree with this statement, I mean have you seen a dad that refuses to get a dog and then when he does he ends up loving and spoiling them? I have always had a deep love for dogs ever since my family had gotten our dog Rico when I was in Kindergarten. He’s still in my life today, as he is about 18 years old, and is currently an only child with my parents. My love for them has only grown stronger as I had taken up a summer job working with dogs. Seeing them with their owners you can see that there is a certain love that cannot be comparable to anything else. I can see that in other families and especially my family as well. Within my capstone project I wanted to capture this beautiful connection between dog and human through my photography. I took candid photos of humans and their dogs to show how love is shared between the two. It’s truly something that you cannot find in any other relationship.
